I find you "salvation screamers" to always be dishonest and never to the point. I could never be a "salvation screamer" because the truth is, and it might sound cold, but I generally don’t care about people and I’d pick my own eternal life over theirs if I happened to have that choice. There is very few people I would rather die for so they could have eternal life, one of those people would be my friend Wisdom, whom you have met before. Therefore, it is hypocritical of me to ever try to save someone when I don’t care about them. Think about this, if I lost my job, would you offer to bring me into your home? You wouldn’t because it would be too much trouble for you. I sure as heck would not bring you into my home because I don’t care about you. I can at least be honest about that and don’t have to hide it. If I lost my leg today or if I had cancer, would you really care about it? Would you stay up all night praying that I get well? Would you do everything you can to make me feel better? Would you even care if I had cancer to being with? You sure as heck would not but yet you are concerned about my salvation? That is hypocritical! You go out and scream salvation not because you care, but because you are told you have to do it as a means to gain your own salvation! Could you imagine if Jesus healed the sick, not because he cared about the sick, but because God told him to or else Jesus would loose his salvation? What a hypocrite Jesus would be and yet, that is exactly what you do. I am glad that I can at least be honest with myself. |
