I choose to neither follow you or Dan, Paul. None of you are worth following and if I had to follow either one of you, I’d have to sweep stuff under the rug and ignore issues that linger in my mind. I’d then have to ask myself if I benefit anything or if I loose something, if I do that? I mean, what are my choices here, between you and Paul? On one hand, am I to profess that Jesus is God? I’ve had people try to sell me that idea that Jesus is God but it doesn’t add up to me. And for that exact same reason, I also can not buy what you are trying to sell to me as well. Am I to believe that God can be sabotaged? A perfect being that lacks nothing (remember, perfection means to lack nothing) got sabotaged? A perfect being can only make a perfect plan. If the plan was sabotaged, then either the plan was for it to be sabotaged in the first place which really is part of the plan or the second option is that the perfect being tried to make a perfect plan but failed at it! Can something that lacks nothing, fail? Can God, fail? That makes God imperfect. And on top of that, your God also could not see into the heart of his own creation Paul. He did not see what his actions would lead to. Such a God Paul, no matter what, shows that he’s imperfect, blind and weak. There is no getting around that with me. So between you two messengers of God, I am left with not much but teo men making their own ideas about God because all though I don’t know what or who God really is, I sure as heck don’t see God being Jesus or God loosing control and not able to get things done right. You may call that my own ideas about God since I can not see God being Jesus or God being weak and blind, but so be it. |
