Dear Mr. Schwab,

I appreciated your email dated November 30th, 2002. I agree with you
that there should not have been any "religious" type displays on Fountain
Square. In hindsight, there should have been no Christmas tree allowed either.
You are correct, it is either all or nothing. We, as a council, sought nothing,
but we failed this by having a Christmas tree. My apologies,
