IF YOU'RE SERIOUS, WOULD YOU PLEASE REPOST THOSE FACTS AGAIN. I TRIED ONE YOU POSTED IN THE BEGINNING, LIKE SOME 3 TO 4 MONTHS AGO AND IT LED ME TO SPANISH OR PORTUGESE (LATIN ORIGIN LINGO) WEBSITE WHICH TOOK ME NOWHERE. WHAT WOULD BE THE ENGLISH VERSION?

I BELIEVE THAT WHEN SIR JAYCEE WAS THE CAPTAIN, HE HAD A STRONG HAND IN SETTING POLICIES TO AWARDING FISHING CONTRACTS TO ENTITIES RELATED TO THE PPP WHICH I THINK HE EITHER OWNED OR HAD SHARES IN.
