Utopioria is a fairly small, new country of only about 6,000 people. I want to move there, mainly because there's no income tax and there will be no import tax on jasmine tea.

Since the US Const. has obviously failed in its purpose to limit government, the Utopiorians have decided not to use it as a template and are developing their own.

So far, there are only 2 articles, as follows:

1. Each citizen of Utopioria shall have 100% control over his/her own property.

2. All interested Utopiorians shall meet once a week on Tuesday evening in the old feed store building by the pond to discuss problems and issues. Jasmine tea shall be served.

I'm not sure that anything else is needed.

Any ideas?
