Subject: Chase walked into his room and flopped down onto his bed.........

He sat on his bed for a few minutes, then slowly he reached down and pulled his top night stand drawer open. He pulled out a little black, velvet box. He looked at it, then opened it. Inside there was a beatiful diamond ring. It had been his great grandma's. She had left it ot him, to give to whoever he decided to marry. He sighed and shut the small box. He set it back in the drawer. He shut the drawer and fell back on his bed. He layed there and looked at the ceiling. He had to find a way to help Mariah throught this safely. He wanted her to have that ring. He wanted her to wear it, the way his great grandma had. With honour, pride, and happiness. He sighed and shut his eyes. His mind started wondering towards what it would be like to be with MAriah everyday. A smile slolwy creased his face.
