Subject: HOB Anaheim show

I'm recuperated from last night's show...
Okay first, I have to setup the scene. HOB Anaheim is in the new Downtown Disney area of Disneyland and it is a Friday night...So, I had to park in Simba 17W (do you know how many Disney characters there are that come before Simba?!) and walk and walk and walk along with my friend John Wicks (who is also a musician and dosen't like to walk that far to get to a show and he is letting the world around him know this...). So, we finally arrive and are told we can't get in yet because they have to clear the club from a private party (which Dennis Quaid played at) so we head to the bar. Once we got into the club everything was fine until after the show. HOWEVER, the show itself was great. The guys have added Little White Lies to their set just before She's Got Everything. It is a good addition.
Then when the show is over and we are headed backstage we get stopped by the crack HOB/Mouse mafia who must think everyone waiting to go backstage are terrorists. They actually have combination locks on the bands dressing room door! So, the record company people, friends, relatives and fellow musicians get very restless during this glare down process. Finally Clem rescued everyone from this ordeal and the rest of the gathering went on. I didn't stay too long as I had to be at work early today and I knew I had to hike back to my car.
