I understand how you all feel, and I feel that same frustration. So, I emailed Irene and asked about the statement that was promised. We have a 'semi-statement'... but, at least it contains real information. I will be seeing Wally at the end of this week and I hope to get that full statement we were promised.
Okay, so here is what I have by way of Irene DeCook and it is official info.

How about this:
The new CD, 61/49, will be released on the Web Entertainment Records
label, and will be distributed by KOCH Entertainment Distribution,
North America's leading independent distributor of music, video and DVD.

That's all we should really state at this time.
It will be released in a few months (not years), but we shouldn't cry
wolf any more.
