Okies, its a fairly easy process, are you sitting comfortably then we shall begin :0)

on the desktop of your computer, with nowt else running, locate the internet explorer icon "the Big E", unlike normal instead of double clicking on it, click on it once so that it is highlighted then press the right mouse button once.

Select the properties option from the pop up menu,
On the general tab you should find an option labeled

Temporary Internet Files - left click on the delete files option

place a tick in the Delete all offline content box - then click on Ok this will delete all offline stored files from previously visited websites including files that are used in ukchat.

Dont worry these files will be re-created when you revisit the websites.

also make sure to empty your recycle bin of any deleted files.

These files can over time become currupted & cause all kinds of problems as UKChat uses a java based system it is a good idea to perform this routine once a month.

This may not cure you problems, if it still dont work let me know !, also if you get any error messages pop up can you write them down & let me have them as they will assist me in diagnosing the problems.
