Subject: $600 Question

I've asked this question once already this week, and am still unsure, so I'm asking again for other opinions. Who should I start this week (TD/Yardage league)? Michael Vick AT Tampa Bay or Jay Fiedler vs. the Bears IN MIAMI, ON MONDAY NIGHT. The Bucs defense is staunch and shut Vick down last time they played. On the other hand, Fiedler may be rusty and the Dolphins' may simply run the ball down the throats of the bumbling Bears. (Reading this makes me wish I had a third option, but I don't.) Any input would be appreciated...
