The draft this year wasn't very deep fantasy wise for redraft league. Selecting a rookie within the first 10 rounds is a gamble if that player isn't a RB, and in a situation where he will be the starter off the bat.

If it's a 10 team league, you'd be talking about the Top 100 fantasy players and it would be a reach placing a rookie in that categroy. Normally, owners would take a flyer on a starting rookie RB in the key 6th to 11th rounds, where championships are won.

I would agree that taking a flyer on WR Charles Rogers is a possibility, but I would only consider that move after I had WR1, WR2, and WR3 locked up. However, the main concern is he is a rookie WR. WR Randy Moss has been the exception to the rule concerning rookie WRs.

The only other player that immediately comes to my mind is RB Larry Johnson in light of the uncertainty surrounding RB Priest Holmes. This is a situation to track very closely during the summer camps.

Just one opinion out of many.
