Subject: Faulk and Holmes value?

I realize many things may happen between now and the season opener but assuming both seem reasonably healthy fantasy draft time, where do you see these guys falling to with the health issues both had last season and the emergence of Tomlinson, Portis, Williams, etc. as studs? In my rankings I have Williams, Tomlinson, Portis, ahead of Faulk at #4, then McAllister and Holmes at #6. Is this too much of a downgrade? (td/yardage league) Alexander, Henry, Barber and A. Green round out my top 10 rbs. I rate Faulk higher than Holmes because I feel Holmes is the bigger injury risk due to the nature of his injury.
