W.H.'s three positions need to be supplemented by a fourth: The United States saw an opportunity to inflict its new imperialist policy in Europe, just as it inflicted its old imperialist policy in Cuba, Vietnam, Bolivia, Chile, Laos, Cambodia, Korea etc.

W.H. must be an apologist or employee of the state. Nobody else could be that stupid or immoral.

I can just picture W.H. at a CND rally or a peace march or at Hyde Park corner, standing up for the forces of destructive orthodoxy.

Can't we get someone else on here? Or maybe W.H., you could try to start again, this time as a human.
