She grinned and squeezed the girl's knee before reaching for another brownie. "Trust me, with me there coaching you mentally, you'll be fine." She smiled and turned back to the tv, watching them execute a jump flawlessly - head up, perfect position, pretty much as right as they could be. "See? You know pretty soon you'll have to get out on mare watch for me. Seeing as that's the only thing you can do as my employee right now." They had closed circuit cameras installed in the foaling stalls for this first round last week, so it wasn't a lot of standing out in the cold, being really quiet, all that foolishness.
