He nodded a bit at that, biting his lower lip a little - he had broached the topic with his parents last night before bed and then again this morning they had talked about contractors and just the sheer volume of work that needed to be done to the place. "Yeah... we're going to call a contractor tomorrow or the day after to come out and start working on it right away. Dad figures it will be a challenge to get it living ready in six months, but he's always been a bit of a party pooper about those kinds of things. People build whole houses in less than six months." He nodded as if to reassure himself, "And mom wants the two of you to talk about interior designers." He rolled his eyes a bit, playfully - he knew Lacey would prefer to do it by herself.
