Jo... ALLA som förder upp hundar oavsett ras/blandras måste ha tillstånd om man har fler än 3 kullar per år.

Jag tycker det är jättebra!!
Jag utgår från att man ska få tillstånd regelmässigt om man inte misskött sig tidigare så man inte får någon "kamphundshets" mot bruksraser osv.

Att det blir en engångsavgift på 1000kr kan man ju leva med om man har 3 kullar/år.
