Varför inte sätta ett avelsstopp vid sådär 5 kullar per år och per uppfödare. Vissa uppfödare idag föder ju upp ca 10-15 kullar på ett år. Det kanske skulle få ner antalet lite och det skulle inte vara lika svårt att hitta riktigt bra valpköpare då.
Utbildning är väl en god idee men antalet rottisar ökar bara mer och mer och det blir väl inte bättre när vissa uppfödare föder upp hur många kullar som hellst!?!

Något jag funderade på!
