*mist wraps itself tightly around the lithe figure, blue grey coat simmering, silver horn dim. Was all she looked for lost to her, lost and stolen away in the mystery of the moonlight. Silver-blue eyes reflect the moon as she stares at it..memories and thoughts swirling around her mind like the mist swirling off the water...*
Everything she longed for was lost;
Everything she had fought for no matter the cost.
Everytime she tried to love,
Her chances flew away like a startled dove.
Her heart was wounded, torn and tattered;
The stregth she had was worn and battered.
How much longer could she hold on?
Would she make it till the new day's dawn?
Or was she simply fate's dancing pawn?
Or was it merely time's little con?

*Her thoughts saddened the color of light which gleemed off of her grew shadowed with her sadness. Would the light she had known ever return?*
