Race ya to the oak tree over there!Without waiting for a 'go', he bounds quickly off, to be stopped by a thornbush that he couldn't see. The bush was thick, and was actually more of a tree. He hit a sturdy branch that whacked his forelegs and sent him flying. He landed on an area of reasonably soft dirt, and hopped to his feet. I'm never going to get used to being blind....he muttered. "Easy, Gangsta, easy... Lie down and stir not, for it's not wise to do such. Death is out calling for Shadowfax's aid, and he shall return quickly. Just lie down and be still, and all will be well..." She speaks softly and confidently, her voice soothing and reassuring, though her heart betrays her.
