Yeah, I've got an idea. If you want to find someone smart who knows about good human development, stop looking at the uni grads. Look for someone living in the village ijnstead. Their ideas are more likely to be realistic, not half cocked like the idiots who learn irrelevant things in school then apply them back home, only to see them fail. Don't be shy when people talk that nonsense about how many people in your area went to uni. That's only stuff for Moresby. How many of their lawyers, doctors, etc. are practicing back home? I'll bet they're all mostly overseas or in POM and that doesn't benefit the village one bit.
