Letting her drink as much as she wants. Then he gets a drink. He nickers softly to her. He didnt think hed be happy again but she was brightening his life again.

He couldnt believe such a young beatiful mare would want him. He felt like maybe he was getting some happiness in life. He nips playfully at the young mares mane feeling like a colt again.

He starts to say something else but changes his mind. He throws his head. Ok tell me when your ready to start. She again was making him feel like he was her age and not his own.

*Ok to that tree and back! Ready, Set, Go!* she races off at a fast gallop with the wind blowing her mane and tail back still as it does when she stands in the wind.

He gallops off after her when he hears the GO. He quickly moves into a gallop moving as fast as his leg will take him. He quickly gains on hte young mare.

He says close by her side as he moves with ease his his head and tail high in the air. He nickers to her. I have done this since I was one and that was long ago. You make me feel young again.

Rearing off the growned a little. He nuzzles her softly breathing a little heavy. He wasnt used to galloping like that. Im so happy to have you. He nickers to her. Ive never been so happy before.

Eat now my love. He gets a drink watching her closely. He would protect and love her til the day he died. Life had no meaning before her, now he wanted to live forever. Thought run through his mind of a foal. He wondered if someday the young mare would give him a foal.

She thinks of him knowing that he was the most kindly stallion she had met. She eats and raises her head *Thank you for being so kind to me. The other stallion said I was a lead of his harem and he didn't pay any attention to me.*

He nickers softly to her. Thank you for accepting an old stallion as your mate love. You will never have to worry about attention. I love being with you. The day you came along was the happiest day of my life.
