I did want to give this show its fair shot and watched the entire first episode. I hope I dont offend anyone that liked it but here were my thoughts...

If you like the comic book look and feel - the sets/costumes on this show have a nice "drawn" edginess. Thats about the most positive thing I have to say about it.

The script does not possess half the intelligent writing of other Sci-Fi shows out there. Alot of one liners and forced attempts at feeling "ominous" about the characters' past histories. Mostly it came off simplistic.

The acting was about as strong as the writing... I found all three leads to be flat- two dimensional and "line reading" (I liked the cop best quite frankly)

The fight/special effects were mediocre but that can be improved with the progression of the show (frankly the first couple for Yancy in WB kinda sucked too.. takes actors some training to be real "fighters" you can see it in alot of shows early episodes.. Adrian Paul was no natural with a sword in the first few episodes of Highlander either ;P its fun to go back and watch a first fight and then pop in a last episode... HUGE DIFFERENCES)

Overall.. on a scale of 1-10 (10 being best) I give it about a 4... I might make the effort to catch another episode and see if it improves.. but it will have to improve in leaps and bounds to make me a fan.

Thankees for your time.
