~She stalks closer, her pace quickening steadily. Resting her eyes upon only the face of the adolescent bison, her tail instantly flagging behind her-The signal to pursuit the chosen prey. She races toward him, delicate paws carrying her swiftly. Travelling outside the range of the buffalo's hooves, she leaps up, hind quarters planted firmly upon the earth, forepaws digging into the soft flesh of the kill, and teeth clenched upon it's shoulder blade, crushing it slowly...~
