She looks at Anastasia again and makes a decision "your highness I know it's sudden and we should wait for the king to arrive but as this is your first born there might be some problems if we wait anylonger, so I'm going to give you a herb that will make the pain go away but you will be asleep so we can get this babe out as fast and as easy as possible" She gives Anastasia the herb.

An hour later the first wail of the baby breaks through the silence. and the Midwife walks out and over to Numair

"your highness, you may come in and see your new son and your wife now if you like, though the birth went smoothly Anastasia is still young and it has paid it's toll on her by making her weaker, she is able to go back to the castle tomorrow but she must rest so no horseriding until she's gotten her strength back up"
