We must watch and wait."

She turns around and rustles through an old oak chest. "I know its here somewhere!!! Aha!" she turns around. In her hands is a small green glass bottle with a pointed end.

"This is a very rare, secret potion that the sorceress taught me how to make in return for my services before she left. She combined several ingredients to make the fainting stop, and the voices softer. I don't know how to make them go away. She didn't have humming problems.....they were just voices whispering, so I have no idea what the exact effect will be. Take two drops once a day until you no longer feel head aches or voices. Please return the bottle when your done, and come back later if you have any new symptoms or these become worse." She places it on the rough, wooden table." Now, I have some animal patients waiting for me over yonder. Just send me a note or message and I'll get it somehow if you have any questions." With that she vanishes smiling sweetly in the broad daylight and disappears.
