I've never done this kind of comparison. There might be other ships for which both feet/inches (pés/pulgados) and metric measurements are given. However, Marques Esparteiro sometimes gives two sets of measurements in feet for the same vessel. I found this while looking through my copies of SOL articles for feet-meters:

Nossa Senhora do Pilar
The first set of dimensions is unlabelled, the second is headed "Celestino Soares"
Keel—191 188
Beam—47 47
Depth of hold (I think; "pontal")—35 37'6"

Santo Antonio e San José
Keel—182, 182
Beam—44, 44
Hold—34'6", 37'

São Sebastião
K—182, 180
B—44, 47
H—34'6", 39

N.S. da Conceição
K—200, 202
B—50, 50
H—37, 38
A keel of over 200 feet would make for a very large ship, but M.E. says that although she normally carried 80 guns, she could mount up to 110. Perhaps this included carronades. He describes her as a ship of 90 guns, officially an 80, but she was clearly a two-decker. The 1793 armament was very heavy for a two-decker:
30 × 36
34 × 24
18 × 12

N.S. do Monte do Carmo, a Medusa
K—171'3", 171'
B—45', 45'
H—35'9½", 37'10"

Coração de Jesus, Maria I
Keel— 117.5 177
Beam— 47.5 47
Depth of hold—37.5 37
This looks like Soares was just truncating or rounding down. But it could have happened with other ships.

Rainha de Portugal
Keel—181.5, 188
Beam—47.5, 47
Hold—39.5, 37'10"
Here, the Soates measurements are not simply truncation or rounding of the first measurements.

Vasco da Gama
Keel—178.5, 182
Beam—48, 44
Hold—38, 38

Principe do Brasil
K—186.9, 192
B—48.6, 48
H—39.3, 39

Dom João VI
Here we have measurements in meters and Celestino Soares feet.
Comprimento entre PP (length between perpendiculars?)—60.00m, 182' *(3.03 feet/meter, 1 foot = .3297m = 12.9791 English inches or 1.0816 feet)
Boca na casa mestra—16.85m, 48' (2.8487 feet/meter, 1 foot = .3510m = 13.8205 in = 1.1517 feet)
Pontal da boca sobre a quilha—14.025m, 39' (2.7807 feet/meter, 1 foot = .3596m = 14.1581 in = 1.1798 feet)
Displacement, metric tons: 3206
It doesn't look like there is enough consistency in these measures to make finding a single conversion factor possible.
