There is a book “F H Chapman, The first Naval Architect and His Works,” by Daniel G Harris. This is basically a biography of Chapman and includes discussions of the ships he designed. One chapter is devoted to the Inshore Fleet. It provides the following details for the four large designs:

Pohjanmaa – 90’ x 26’ x 7’; 4 pair oars; ketch rig; 100 men; 4 x 24 pounders.
Udenmaa - 118’ x 25’ x 5’; 14 pair oars; polacare bark without topgallents; 220 men; 10 x 12 pounders on centerline, 2 x 3 pounders.
Trunmaa – 117’ x 31’ x ?’; 16 pair oars; ship rig without topgallents; 220 men; 22 x 12 pounders, 10 x 3 pounders.
Hemeenmaa – 142’ x 34’ x 10’; 20 pair oars; ship rig with topgallents; ? men; 22 x 36 pounders, 2 x 12 pounders, 4 x 3 pounders.

After 1770 the Trunmaa’s were increased to 123’ x 31’ and the 12 pounders replaced by 18 pounders. There were a total of 14 built before 1788.

Also, in 1808, a further 2 Hemeenmaa’s were build with only 10 pair of oars but an additional 10 x 24 pounders.

The foot listed appears to be 11.7 inches long.

The author provides a bibliography of 11 published and 15 unpublidshed sources; Anderson’s “Oared Fighting Ships” being the only English language source.

The above 4 classes were designed as a response to the Russian shebecks.
