Subject: Lucy Osburn: Biographer seeking information

I wonder if anyone can help me? I am writing a biography of Lucy Osburn (1835-91) who founded the "Nightingale" system of modern nursing in Australia. She stayed in Sydney, Australia as lady superintendent at Sydney Hospital from 1868-84. I would like to know more about her family. She had a brother who lived in Canada (at least during the late 1860s and 70s)but I have no more details than that. Similarly a sister Ann who ran a boarding school in Harrogate (England) is mentioned but again I have no more details. Her parents were William and Ann Osburn who lived in Leeds, Yorkshire. William wrote a number of books, mainly about ancient Egypt. One source said that he was a wine merchant. Lucy Osburn was very close to her cousins the Carrs who lived at Clapham Common in London. She also had cousins who were doctors, including a Dr Aitkenson who practicised in Jersualum and also in Leeds, England. Previous biographers (but some decades ago & they are now unavailable) have thanked for help Mr John Osburn of London, and especially Mrs Maurice Care for their help but again no more details. Does this ring any bells? Any leads you have would be greatly appreciated and I am happy to exchange information. Thank you!
