Subject: River City Raceway, Seguin

Todd at River City Raceway called today for Scott, asking
if TPGA was going to show up at Seguin on Saturday, October
6. This was a tentative date we spoke about at the beginning of the year. I hope everyone can have their cars ready and can make it so TPGA is given another chance to make a good showing. He needs to know ASAP because he is preparing his flyers. Let Jeff or Conrad know. This track has extremely nice facilities and Todd treats you with such respect. Donald is even trying to have his car ready for this event!

I plan on being there. With Todd giving us a second chance after what happened at the first of the year, I hope everyone can make it. This maybe our last chance to prove we can put on a good show. Anyone who has hopes of racing pro gas in the future needs to make every possible effort to be there. For those who want a bigger payout, first we have to have a good turnout. The money will come, but we have got to show the tracks we can bring a large number of cars.It is a simple fact that at the end of the day there will only be one winner, but we all have fun racing heads up. We try to spread the money out the best we can. This will only get better with larger turnouts and the resulting larger purses.

Jim and I would love to go but NO WAY we can get ours ready for the event. Trying hard for the rescheduled IHRA Div. race at Sealy in November. Anybody got an extra car lying around we'll finance travel to Seguin and do whatever work is necessary to get it ready. Frige you still got the Luv truck hanging around?? We do need the car count for Todd!! Anybody interested email me.
