practices your organization protests in Saipan. There are currently 300
Vietnamese women here who have a suit against their "employer". There is
community support here to end this kind of labor abuses and help these
exploited women. Unfortunately the only one of them who was billuingal
tragically drown a short time ago. We urgently need someone who can
interpret for these women as their case moves through the courts.

Please can you get the word out as quickly as possible? We are able to
provide a plane ticket and a place to stay (with a family). There is a
hearing October 27 and the trial is in January. This would be a great
opportunity for someone to practice their idealism and make a big difference.
