Words fail to describe the unbelievable tragedy--the devastation--of that fateful day. little did anyone know 2 planes hijacked by terrorists would crash into the world trade center obliterating everything in their path. The ones that didn't know included the ones that were killed. In just a matter of moments--before anyone really understood what was going on, thousands of lives had been lost. The question that is now being asked quite often is "where were you on Sept. 11th? For thousands of people at the World Trade Center and in the Pentagon, the answer would have been simple: "at work."
It had begun like any other ordinary day. Men and women, parents and grandparents, office workers, visitors and tourists--they were all simply going about their everyday lives, riding in elevators, sitting at their desks, chatting across the hallway to a co-worker, or talking on the phone. never in their wildest dreams could they have imagined that a commercial jet would crash through their office windows and that their next breath would be their last. within a split second, these people were ushered into eternity. most of us don't like to think about death and often feel invincible , as if the things we see in the news couldn't possibly happen to us. we get caught up in the dailiness of living with work to do, bills to pay, errands to run, giving eternity hardly a thought.
The fact remains that Sooner or later, we will all one day experience death. most people believe there is a God, or at least some higher intelligence. Heaven is where God is and the Bible is His love letter to us. it is how He comunicates with human beings. The Bible says, that "we're all destined to die once, and after that face judgment" (Heb. 9:27). it is important to realize too, that no matter how good of a life we've had on this earth, however much money or other things we own, none of it can be taken with us when we die. Also None of us know for sure how or when death will come about. However there is good news!! we can know for sure if we're going to heaven! most people will argue, well, God would never send anyone to hell. True, He doesn't. but It is a choice WE must make. the Bible shows us how to get there, and it is up to us to receive this wonderful gift!
Romans 6:23 says, "for the wages of sin is death (Hell), but the gift of God is eternal life" Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for us, and then rose again. If we believe in Him and receive His forgiveness, then our sins have already been paid for and we can face the judgment without fear. Jesus explained in John 11:25-26, "I am the resurrection and the life. he who believes in me will live (eternal life), even though he dies (Physical death); and whoever lives and believes in me will never die (eternal damnation)"
if we put our faith in Christ, we don't have to live in fear of death. We can rejoice, knowing that God has prepared a heavenly home for us and that one day we will live there with Him forever We can rest in assurance that we are ready for whatever comes our way. So the way to get to heaven is simple--trust in Jesus as your personal savior.
On Sept. 11th, thousands enterned eternity in a heartbeat. some of them were ready, some of them were not. the question is, are you ready? If not, please receive this gift of eternal life right now! If you haven't already received Christ as your Savior, don't put it off another day! Take time now to invite jesus into your life. Confess your sins. Receive His forgiveness and gift of eternal life.

Wanted to let every one know that wrestling legend Jerry "The King" Lawler will have hisbiography released on Dec.17, 2002 entitled "It's Good To Be King- Sometimes." The book will give details of Lawler's long wrestling career. Did you know that he has held thirteen different titles in his career and one of them over forty times! The WWF is in serious need of bringing back Jerry "The King" Lawler. Heyman is horrible. I don't see why you couldn't have a three man announcing booth from time to time and it would also free Lawler up to wrestle a lot more with the Kat as his valet. Lawler was so valuable to them and he did a lot of things behind the scenes as well. He currently is wrestling all over the country in independent bouts and is tearing up the U.S. and Canada. He is going to wrestle Hulk Hogan very soon. Lawler defeated Hogan in the very early 80's. The WWF never used his brawling skills very well, he should have gotten to be hardocare champion. The guy is a wrestling legend. Come on, let's get "The King" back, whatever it takes!

I couldn't agree more. I would also like to see Lawler in the ring more often. The guy still is a great brawler and would have made an interesting Hardcore champion.

SUSTANON

Sustanon is a very popular steroid which is highly appreciated by its users since it offers several advantages when compared to other testosterone compounds. This special feature has two positive characteristics for the athlete. Sustanon is a mix of four kinds of testosterone, synergistic mix of propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate, and decanoate.
First, based on the special combination effect of the compounds, Sustanon, milligram for milligram, has a better effect than Testosterone enanthate, cypionate, and propionate alone.
Second, the effect of the four testosterones is time-released so that Sustanon goes rapidly into the system and remains effective in the body for several weeks. This is good because it is both fast-acting and long-lasting in the system. You get the fast action of testosterone propionate, and the long lasting effects of enanthate. The blend seems to be recognized by the steroid receptors for longer periods of time than other testosterones. Sustanon hits harder than enanthate or cypionate. At least you get several anabolic "peaks" as each testosterone kicks in for its duration.
Sustanon has a distinct androgenic effect which is coupled with a strong anabolic effect. Therefore it is well suited to build up strength and mass. A rapid increase in body strength and an even increase in body weight occur. Athletes who use Sustanon report a solid muscle growth since it results in less water retention and also aromatizes less than either testosterone enanthate or cypionate. Indeed many bodybuilders who use testosterone and fight against distinct water retention and an elevated estrogen level prefer Sustanon over other long-acting de-pot testosterones.
Many users claim fewer side effects when using Sustanon - less gyno, bloating and endocrine disturbances. It is little less stressful to the liver. In other words, the general feeling is that Sustanon is less toxic than other testosterones, especially suspension. This makes it a favorite of many bodybuilders and power athletes.
It is further noticed that Sustanon is also effective when relatively low doses are given to well advanced athletes- It is interesting to note that when Sustanon is given to athletes who have already used this compound in the same or lower doses, it leads to similar good results as during the previous intake. Sustanon is usually injected at least once a week, which can be stretched up to 10 days.
The dosage in bodybuilding and powerlifting ranges from 250 mg every 14 days up to 1000 mg or more per day. Since such high dosages are not recommended-and fortunately are also not taken in most cases-the rule is 250-1000 mg/week. A dosage of 500 mg/week is completely sufficient for most, and can often be reduced to 250-mg/ week by combining Sustanon with an oral steroid.

Doses of 150 - 400 mg per day are required for significant size and strength. These dosages not coincidentally are almost identical to 1-AD and 1-Testosterone THP Ether dosages! On the other side of the spectrum are the 17 -alpha alkylated drugs such as Anavar (Oxandrolone). Anavar is a much more powerful and sought after drug than Primobolan due to the fact that the 17-alpha alkylated drugs are much stronger at low dosages. The liver is much less likely to break down the steroids that have this methyl group attached to the 17 carbon and thus they are effective at low dosages such as 10-30 mg per day. It is for this reason that adding a methyl group to the 17 alpha position of 1 Testosterone is so significant. That job was done by methyl 1-testosterone by adding 17 alpha into its compound (m1t).
The profile of methyl 1-test is similar to that of 1-test – it does not convert to estrogen, non-aromatizing steroid, and it is highly anabolic and moderately androgenic (less than 1-test). When compared to orally administered methyltestosterone, methyl 1-test is 910-1600% as anabolic and 100-220% as androgenic / more androgenic than methyltestosterone
On the other hand, most users report a wealth of side effects, and this compound is not to be taken lightly. It does not have a long history of use or a well-established safety profile, and proper precautions should be taken. The side effects reported by users of methyl 1-test are many and individual reactions vary considerably.
These side effects can be reduced by lowering dosage or taking smaller doses more frequently. Combining it with another androgen (such as 4-AD) may also help, but feedback on this is limited.
Another concern with methyl 1-test (and all methylated steroids in general) is hepatotoxicity. Although this tends to be exaggerated, it is still prudent to take certain precautions. First and foremost, other substances that are toxic to the liver (such as alcohol) should be avoided to avoid placing extra stress on the liver. If methyl 1-test is stacked, it would be best to stack it with something other than an oral steroid/prohormone, such as a transdermal. Milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid, and N-acetyl-cysteine are commonly recommended to help protect the liver.
Users of Methyl 1-Test should be aware that joints and connective tissues are slower to adapt to the increased weights that will be used due to the strength gaining effects of Methyl 1-Test.
When taking methyl 1-test, it is best to start out with at least a week at a dose of 5-10 mg to see how one reacts. Many users find this range to be effective, while others feel the ideal amount is 20-40 mg. It comes down to the experience, goals, and individual reaction. Many find a lower dose to be just as effective as a higher one, but with less side effects. With a compound such as this, it is generally best to err on the side of caution, especially for those that are less experienced with steroids. Most seem to find their ideal dose to be in the 10-30 mg range. Cycle length should be kept short, in the range of 4-8 weeks. Finally, it is especially important to take adequate time off after each cycle with this substance to allow the body to recover.
Always check with a physician before taking any supplement and avoid if you have liver disease or high blood pressure. Do not take if you are subject to rules prohibiting prohormone supplementation.

Medically, EPO is used to treat certain forms of anemia (e.g., due to chronic kidney failure). Logically, since EPO accelerates erythrocyte production it also increases oxygen carrying capacity. This fact did not long escape notice of the athletic community.
Blood doping is the process of artificially increasing the amount of red blood cells in the body in an attempt to improve athletic performance. In the past this was accomplished by transfusion. The athlete would “donate” a unit of blood into storage and then 3 weeks later, after the body had completely replaced the blood loss, transfuse the unit back into the body. This would occur just before a big race, effectively giving the athlete an “extra” unit of blood. This enables performance improvements in endurance sports because of the extra oxygen carrying capacity.
EPO has put a whole new spin on blood doping. No need for messy transfusions, just shoot up with EPO to increase your circulating erythrocyte mass. Until recently accurate testing has been difficult because the recombinant human EPO made in the lab is virtually identical to the naturally occurring form and there are no firmly established normal ranges for EPO in the body. Thus, over the past 10 – 15 years some athletes chose to cheat because, as long as they kept their hematocrit levels below 50%, there seemed little risk of getting caught.
EPO is an injectable protein hormone that acts on bone marrow to stimulate red blood cell production. This is a new drug which is being experimented with by some elite athletes especially distance runners and elite cyclists. It has been very effective for what it is designed for and sometimes is used as a replacement for blood transfusions. Athletes use this drug to dramatically increase red blood cells which are the oxygen carrying components of blood. Athletes are well aware that if they can increase the oxygen-storing ability of their blood they can increase performance. This is the theory behind blood doping. EPO does the same thing but is more convenient considering the use of EPO just requires a number of injections. Blood doping requires drawing out approximately a liter of blood, freezing it, then thawing it and reinfusing it several weeks later. EPO has a dramatic effect on hematocrit which is the percentage of red blood cells in blood. A hematocrit of 40 means that 40% of the volume of blood is composed of red blood cells which is about normal. Athletes not uncommonly have a higher-than-average hematocrit. When an athlete injects EPO, there hematocrit can rise as much as 40%. This results in an especially high concentration of RBCS. EPO use is most widespread amongst endurance athletes yet a number of weightlifters have been experimenting with it.
Effective Dose: Between 50-300 IU/kg of bodyweight. Not to be used for more than 6 weeks. Will start seeing effects on week 3th. Inject EPO daily for 2 weeks before competition day. After week 3th, your red blood cells will remain high for the next 3-6 months.

CLENBUTEROL
Clenbuterol is a very interesting drug which has recently become popular amongst body builders. Clenbuterol itself, is a third generation beta agonist. Clenbuterol's use as a bodybuilding drug item from a number of medical reviews which have cited its outstanding potential to promote muscle gains as well as fat loss. It has been used in parts of England for several years by a limited number of elite athletes.
More recently, due to the steroid crackdown, there have been an increasing number of American bodybuilders that are experimenting with this drug. Clenbuterol is indeed the most intriguing ergogenic aid I have studied with the sole exception of anabolic steroids.
Many athletes who use Clenbuterol claim that it promotes dramatic strength increases and a very noticeable reduction in body fat. Some athletes claim that they enjoyed significant gains in muscle mass while using Clenbuterol. Clenbuterol's most valid application seems to be as a pre-contest, cutting drug.
Numerous professional bodybuilders have used it for the last month of contest preparation. Athletes have used between 60-120 mcgs taken in divided doses daily.
Research shows that using it for two days, then taking two days off prevents attenuation. Cycles range from 6-12 weeks in length. With the recent wide scale use of clenbuterol by athletes, we can now gather quite a bit of evidence on what the real world effects of clenbuterol are in weight trainers.
To say that clenbuterol use is rampant in bodybuilding right now would be an understatement. Thousands and thousands of athletes are using this drug. I personally know a number of pro football players, foreign Olympic athletes, and professional bodybuilders who are using clenbuterol. In addition, I have received feedback from at least 200 other athletes who have experimented with this novel compound. Generally, the feedback from clenbuterol users is that the drug produces dramatic body composition alterations.
Within weeks of beginning clenbuterol therapy, many athletes notice a significant strength increase and a dramatic reduction in body fat. The results that occur secondary to clenbuterol administration seem to occur equally in men and women as well as young and old.
The average dosage of clenbuterol used by athletes is 3-4 20 mcg tablets taken in divided dosages throughout the day. At the extremes, some athletes have reported positive effects on as little as 1 tablet a day and others have used up to 10.
Clenbuterol is taken in a 2 day on 2 day off pattern. Athletes using clenbuterol in this manner have reported much greater results than those who use the product continualy which seems to support the theory that attenuation can be at least partially avoided by staggering the dosage. Athletes have also made a habit of cycling clenbuterol in an effort to minimize side effects as well as prevent receptor downgrade.
EPHEDRINE
First, ephedrine has clear fat burning characteristics. On the one hand, this occurs since ephedrine produces heat in the body (thermogenesis). Simplified, ephedrine slightly increases the body temperature so that the body burns more calories than usual. On the other hand, ephedrine stimulates the thyroid gland to transform the LT-4 (L-thyroxine) into the stronger thyroid hormone, thus accelerating the metabolism. The fatburning effect, with the additional intake of both methylzanthine caffeine and aspirin, can almost be doubled. Scientific research has shown that the combination of 25 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, and 300 mg aspirin is ideal to produce a synergetic effect. Those who apply this combination three times daily, approximately 30 minutes prior to a meal, will significantly burn fat. Competing bodybuilders have appreciated this for quite some time.
Second, ephedrine has anticatabolic characteristics. Thus it is especially useful for maintaining the muscle system while dieting. Finally, athletes often use ephedrine as a "training booster." Since it has a mild amphetamine-like effect on the central nervous sys-tem (CNS) it improves the concentration, vigilance, and the interplay of nerves and muscles. For this purpose, 25-50 mg ephedrine are taken approximately one hour before a workout. The athlete feels an immediate boost in energy which during work-out can manifest itself in a 5-10% increase in strength. Again, also in this case, the effect can be improved by taking caffeine and aspirin (s.a.). it is important to note that ephedrine, administered for this purpose, is not to be taken more than three times a week; otherwise, the body gets accustomed to it and the "boost effect" decreases, and much higher dosages are needed.

In March of 2001, Vince McMahon purchased WCW, and the final WCW came from Panama Beach in Florida. On the final Nitro, Sting took on Ric Flair. This was decient, good match, especially considering how each man's talent had deteriorated since their heyday. Sting came out on top, and it was the last time we saw the Stinger.
That brings me to today, where it is unlikely we will ever see Sting again. He is 42 years old, financially secure, and docent like traveling, it has been said he has no interest in joining the WWFor Vince's WCW. It was a great career though, one of the most interesting and diverse ever. Sting changed with the times on more than one occasion, and did it with success each time. Sting was the top face that carried WCW through it's best time, which shows his drawing power. Sting is truly a great in the world of wrestling.
