Hello

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant. The heat will not work at all, even with the selector turned to maximum. I had the heater motor replaced by the dealer 1 year ago for a similar problem. How do I troubleshoot this problem to find out if the heater moter is malfunctioning, and is there a cabin filter located on this vehicle?
