Subject: 20 amp fuse blown?

I have tried to trace the problem, but I have had no luck. My in side lights are on the the 20 amp fuse. The radio is some how on the same fuse I think. Every time we turn off the van, the clock on the radio returns back to 12,00. This a 1995 safari Van. As soon as a new fuse is incerted it blows. I know there is a short. How is the radio and interior lights conected. Brian
