Jesse, the newer video systems are making it difficult to play video since they do not want you to drive and watch at the sametime. I had the similar problem. Do the following:
- Remove the negative cable to the battery for 10-30 seconds. This will reset your system and clear the Check Engine light and any other warnings.
- Connect your paking cable on the back of the receiver to the ground cable. Once you do this you will be able to play your videos.
