Subject: Engine Wiring Digram

I'm looking for help on a 1992 Mercury Sable LS wagon, with a 3.8 Liter engine. I have lost fire to all spark plugs, and fuel injectors. I have replaced the coil, ignition switch, distribtor, cap, and rotor. My Haynes Repair Manual says the wire #4 going into the ignition module, white w/red tracer, should have voltage with the ignition switch in the start position. I don't have any, I would like to know where the wire comes from? I have tried another ignition module and engine control computer with no help at all. Any help would be great since I'm about at wits end and running out of ideas.
