In order to change the settings of your pioneer, you'll need a remote control unit. Press button "a" once, and you'll see "BAL 0" written on the display. If you press ">>" on the remote (located in the middle section of the RC), ballance will be changed towards right and if you press "<<", it'll change towards left. If you press the "^", then display changes to "FAD 0", to adjust the front and rear pair of speakers. Of course "¡" means towards back. To change treble or bass, you must press the "a" button twice (or once, if you are already in the balance mode). The "BASS 0" is now written on the display. Left and right changes bass up or down, but if you push it up (or down) "TREB 0" will be written on the display, to change the trebble up or down. If you push the "a" button once more (three times from the beginning), the display will show "50 Hz 0" (I think). If you push and hold down the "a" button for about 2 sec., the sub-out wil be turned on (a small "50Hz" sign will be lit on the left side of the display). Of course if you hold down the "a" button again, sub-out will be turned of. You can also change the cutoff frequency to 80Hz or 125Hz and also the attenuation level. UP - DOWN changes one, and LEFT - RIGHT another. If you press the "a" button once more (four times from the begining), you'll be able to toggle the loudness on or off. Default is off, by holding the "a" button down for about 2 sec. you'll turn it on.
OK that's it. If you'll have any more questions, write me an e-mail.
P.S. I hope you got thru my filosophy!

Monsta
