Subject: hesitation under acceleration
In reply to: Peter Poon 's message, "Car engine question" on 07:36:38 11/17/01 Sat

>Hello, I have a 2000 Mazda 626 with about 63,000 miles on it and it is a standard. I just completed the 60,000 mile service on it and in part of that I replaced the fuel filter. Lately the car will hesitate under a heavy acceleration load. The car will also do the same thing when not in gear and at a stand still. I was told that it was most likely carbon build up and that with some cleaner it should go away....what do you say? Any advice will help me out greatly, thank you!
PS: My car gets the best treatment there is and runs like new....this is the very first problem I have had with it.
