Subject: Failed Remote Car Starter Installation, Car will not start!!

I have a 1995 Ford Taurus, i tried to install a remote car starter with keyless entry and i decided after stripping back one of the 5 yellow constant power wires near the stearing wheel that it was going to be to hard to do since i could hardly get to the wires! So wrapped the wire i stripped back in electrical tape and put everything back on. Now my car wont start!! i turn the key and nothing happens except all the electronics turn on but the engine wont even think about starting!

I was told that i probally blew some fuse by accidently grounding the constant power wire and i have no idea where that fuse is its not the fuses under the hood and its not the fuses on the drivers side dash.

Anyone have any suggestions?
