Subject: 1991 Suburban Loose Bolt

>Tail gate style rear door and the support cable attach bolt on the door frame has become loose.I have tryied to gain access to the nut on the back side and can not. It seams to me the cable attach bolt nut is in a sealed box section.I have remover the tail light assy and the door trim and can't gain access.I have tryed pulling on the bolt while turning and that didn't work. Any ideas?
