Subject: toyota igniter

I have an 1988 efi toyota truck. i'm in the merchant marine and it had been sitting for 3 months. when i came home the battery was of course dead, it would not take a jump so i replaced the battery. Still with the new battery i had no power to the truck. I found a fusible link to be burned out and the efi fuse burned. I now had power but the truck will only start for about two seconds then dies. I've replaced plugs and wires, had the alternator tested, checked every fuse and fusible link, check the fuel pump relay and bypassed it making sure the fuel pump was working. I now have eliminated everything except the ignitor. I was wondering if you thought the ignitor was the problem. I found water in one of the ignitor connections, drained it out but this did not solve anything. PLEASE HELP!! thanks
