Subject: HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP!

A couple of weeks ago my 2nd 4th and reverse started
acting kind of weird. 2nd and 4th ocasanally i still
have trouble shifting into, its kinda like i have to
wait for the rpms to go down, but reverse works when
it wants to. what i mean is most of the time it wont
go into the gear at all, kind of like it is still in
nuetral. when the car is off i can sometimes get it
into reverse but not all ways. any help would be
grateful.
