Subject: Blown ecm fuse - 93 GMC Safari 4.3 TBI

Van blew ecm fuse that controls fuel pump. Checked everything known to me. Replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, even tried a fuel pump relay, nothing solved the problem. Fuse blows instantly when the key is turned on. Is there anything else on this circuit that this fuse controls. any advise welcomed.
