Subject: 1999 mitsubishi montero sport

i have put not counting orignal motor a second rebuilt motor in my vechicle the problem the heat tabs on both motors have shown excessive heat yet temp guage never moves rebuilders say it was exhaust but its a new 3000.00 system heads are also leaking oil a quart every 3000 miles don't know what to do rebuilders won't help at all
