My radio/cd-player in my Volvo C70, 1999 blew out when a towing company was jumpstarting it. I need to replace it and found someone who can sell a similar one, but he does not have the anti-theft code. My model was SC-901 and the one that I want to buy is SC-900. What are the chances to get the correct code from this radio that was pulled out of a wrecked car? Do I need the car's VIN# or the radio's serial number or both? Would appreciate your advice.
Sincerely, johan3rd
