11:00 Pick up MotherLoad Cake from Claim Jumper, Torrance
12:00 Start Transporting Chairs and Tables to Quest
2:00 Pick up 4 Food Trays from Bristol Farms, Westwood.

2:30 Volunteer and Group Meeting Outside of Quest
3:00 SET UP!!! (in order - we should divy up responsibilities NOW)
- Put all/most bottled water in coolers
- Put any food in fridge
- Clear out bikes in Studio B and all
exercise equipment in Studio A
- Unload all Tables/Chairs and Helium Tank(Haul Ass)
- Set Up Chairs and Tables (including Skin Market)
- Hang up Banners in Studio B (food room)
- Set Up Table Cloths and Flowers
- Prepare Will-Call Table
- Put out all Gift Bags in Lobby A
- Blow up Red, White and Black Balloons and tie em up
- Display Raffle Items
- Display Silent Auction Items
- Put out Plates, Napkins, Utensils
6:15 DOORS OPEN!
6:26 BETH HOPE ANNOUNCES HERSELF AND WELCOMES EVERYONE AND ANNOUNCES CHRIS LATERZO

6:45-6:50 Chris off stage, put away his equipment
6:50-6:55 Tiffany comes onstage and plugs in and fine tunes (Beth announces her)
6:55-7:15 TIFFANY KYEEES
7:15-7:20 Tiffany Offstage, puts away her equipment
7:20-7:30 Harry Shearer/Judith Owen Set up equipment
(Beth Announces Skin Market as a proud sponsor and reminds everyone to get a make-over, also announces raffle and silent auction - announces Harry and Judith)

7:50-8:00 Lili sets up all equipment.
(Beth Announces a food thank you to the restaurants/catering companies. - announces guest speaker)

8:45-8:50 Lili offstage, puts her equipment away
8:50-9:00 Faith and the Muse begins set-up.
(Beth announces another reminder for SKIN MARKET make-overs, silent auction, raffle, and thanks the RAINN people (Kelley Bevis and Ruth, etc. and a few additional sponsors/donators i.e. X-Large, Atlantic Records, Chickclick, Condomania, etc (any major sponsor)
Then she announces Faith and the Muse)
9:00-9:45 Faith and the Muse
9:45-9:50 Beth Announces all the Hosts (US) and we immediately begin raffle

9:50-10:05 We call off Raffle Numbers very quickly and escort them to the Prize Tables.

10:50 ALL HOSTS GO ONSTAGE and thank everyone for coming, GOODNITE!
11:00 - 12:30 WE CLEAN UP LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW!!!
12:30 EVERYONE OUT OF BUILDING :) we all COLLAPSE, and fall asleep on the grass outside of Quest...as we are all awaken by TORI AMOS!!!
