Subject: Decision letter from the UK

Hello fellow nurses,
I am a registered nurse in manila. I wish to work in the UK. But I don't have a decision letter from the UK (NMC?)yet. So how can i get one? What requirements do I need to mail? How much do i have to pay? i checked out the NMC website but i read something about forwarding my employment certificated... do i need to mail those if im just requesting for a decision letter? Please. I need advice. thanks.
