ATTIRE IS SUNDAY BEST OR PAGEANTWEAR (GLITZ DRESSES OK).... NO MAKE-UP EXCEPT FOR CLEAR LIP GLOSS ON AGES 12 AND UNDER....NO HAIR PIECES ALL AGE GROUPS.... CONTESTANTS WILL BE JUDGED ON NATURAL FACIAL BEAUTY, POISE, PERSONALITY, AND OVERALL IMPRESSION....

FALLWEAR IS AN OPTIONAL CATEGORY BUT REQUIRED FOR SUPREME TITLE....ENTRY FEE $10
