I know this is pretty much "old" by now but I am just wondering, how did Theresa come back to life????
I saw her get executed and when the third injection, which stops her heart, was injected into her the heart monitor said Zero.
But Theresa is still alive. I am wondering if Alistar had someone else executed that looks exactly like Theresa or did Alistar hack into the heart monitor??????????
I would appreciate it if you could please tell me.

Alistair had Theresa injected with some type of drug which made her appear dead, but she really wasn't. When the timing was right, he revealed to everybody that she was alive. Apparently he wanted her to appear "dead" so that Julian would come back to Harmony. Alistair knew that Julian would never come back as long as his killer (who he thought was Theresa) was alive.
