I found these at About.com. They're kinda the same, but I think there's a tad bit more to these.

The Brady family receives tragic news about Hope and the family must come together and face their greatest test. In his grief, Bo does the unthinkable and he pays the consequences for his actions. Okay, the tragic news for the Bradys has me scratching my head. Is it just the news that Hope and Zack have been kidnapped, or is there something more? Also, I read a spoiler not too long ago that said Bo catches Lexie with Zack in her arms. I know that Larry is framing Lexie. He never really wanted Zack too. He only has eyes for Hope, so I think he's going to set it up to where Lexie has Zack; therefore, she must know where Hope is. Exciting stuff! This whole John/Marlena/Tony adventure sounds very intriguing. I wonder if they'll be going to that island that Marlena was on when she was "out of it." Oh man, is November here yet???? lol.

I think Shane is going to team up with Bo to help find Hope. I hope they don't plan on making the Bradys and Hortons think that Hope is dead; only missing.
