Roger's information is correct regarding the Team Dart 2003 event in Las Vegas. However you referred to the Las Vegas Open. The Las Vegas Open is an annual steel point dart tourney. There are no levels of play. Anyone with the desire to play and an entry fee may enter. You need not pre register. You can find more info here. http://www.bullseyenews.com/events-200302.html

I played in this tournament in 2000 but haven't been able to play again due to working schedules, but it is quite fun and you will see some of the best shooters in the U.S. there.
